Eppin’s experience doesn’t stop there. She’s also a skilled entrepreneur, having run her own catering business where she carefully curated wine lists and planned memorable events for clients. She holds a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, so she knows her way around a kitchen just as well as she knows her reds from her whites.

Eppin volunteers her time teaching TAFE students in the hospitality industry, helping the next generation of chefs and sommeliers hone their skills.
